If every company is becoming a software company then every team in this company is making this trade-off day in and out AND they are not happy about it. Launchable is reimagining the way developers do software testing so that they no longer need to sacrifice speed for quality.

The Mission: Build a high performing demand generation engine

We want to make an impact to every software team making an impact - help them discover and use us.

We are looking for a go-getter who thrives in early to market technologies. Someone who loves development teams and is passionate about driving improvements in the lives of developers.

You will be in charge of identifying the right target segments that can drive developers to Launchable.

You will be asked to hold the developer prospect through every part of the their journey with Launchable and improve conversions at each stage.

You likely have 6-8 years of experience building Demand Generation pipelines.

We are asking you to build a world class demand and lead generation pipeline.

This will be accomplished by the following outcomes

Your key goal is to build a Demand Generation engine that helps Launchable land mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will help Launchable find its unique place on the spectrum of product led growth and enterprise GTM motions.

  1. Identify the segments and personas that will resonate with Launchable.
  2. Drive Paid Ads programs to effectively drive the personas to our website.
  3. Build a SEO program that helps Launchable be discovered easily
  4. Improve conversion rates through every part of the funnel acquisition → activation → trial → customer → nurture → reactivation through channels such as email marketing programs
  5. Build a lead nurturing program that delivers qualified leads to Sales.

You have help here with a functioning system in place with a group of marketing consultants helping drive each piece. Think of the system in place as a v1.0 and we are asking you to help scale it.


  1. You understand DevOps (and testing ideally) domains. Understand various personas in Launchable’s domain.
  2. Adept at using (and setting up) data tools that help identify the right segments.
  3. Adept at tooling for emails, advertisements, analytics.
  4. Has demonstrated capabilities running excellent Search engine advertisement campaigns
  5. Loves to roll up their sleeves and build something world class
